...but won't escalate the ESN or Amotekun situation right? Let's face the harsh reality, the govt is the one permitting any nonsense the so called terrorists or bandits are doing. Collateral damage in form of innocent lives can be reduced by helping some of the victims raise their ransom just before raiding their hide outs. If they could rain bullets on Obigbo to flush out IPOBs while endangering innocent people they can incure some collateral damages.
