Just heard from a reliable source from inside NCDMB ( a GM). He said they still haven’t set the cut off mark but once they do, they’ll call for a second round of tests

The same source (who was right about the second round of tests) told me they’re recruiting 150 people. However they already have 50 contract staff that will be converted to full time staff and 100 new recruits.

Since they are contract staff, they are probably EH?

Na im they con stress everyone abi.

They for just recruit am privately na, instead of doing newspaper advert.

But 100 ppl is enough for public recruitment though, that's if the larger part will be on merit.

Just forget about that and try to network in Nigeria cos networking with the right people is key.

If u want merit based job then mostly focus on private organization.

Will this country ever change........
It's easy to fix ur relatives and friends to enjoy...but these people seem to forget even D ordinary masses have a limit. No jobs. no security, high inflation. They go to school, yet u deny them chance to enjoy the country and reserve it for ur friends and family who might not even be qualified for the job.

Never let these things dampen your spirit. We knew these things happen even before we applied for this job. Just keep your mind sanitised with positivities. Not every information is designed for you. This definitely has nothing to do with me. If you truly believe these connects will affect your own chances, believe me it won’t be better than that. Just do your due diligence and keep your mind “stayed” on GOD, don’t waver! (even if they need 5 people). The hand can only grasp what the mind conceives.
