With my experience with the University of Windsor in 2019, I got my full $6,000 CAD that I had made as initial deposit.

Just that since I paid using form A, the money wasn't up to my initial amount due to exchange rate that had gone up.

Edit: You must be able to show proof that you were refused visa.

Hi guys so quick question when asking a uni. for a refund for your tuition deposit, does the money get paid back in full or are they going to remove some part of the money and give you the rest?

Gurus in d House pls I need answers quickly before I submit my application.
My sister is my sponsor and she has a closing balance of 15m on her bank statement and I did Affidavit of support wit notary seal and sponsorship letter.pls is it advisable for her to be my sole sponsor? And I'm 30yrs already.

Secondly I have 2.9m on my personal bank statement but d money came from her in two batches not same day. can I submit it if I'm.been requested for it through NSE Route or should i stick wit my sponsor account statement wit landed properties??

Hello,

You can submit both bank statements. I actually think it's not a good idea to not submit your personal bank statement, considering your age.

2.9m isn't enough for NSE, so you'll have to use her statement for NSE.

IT WILL END IN PRAISES

Gm house,
I am 36 year old lady with a child, am separated and I work in a bank. I have a bsc and MSc from Nigeria universities and got an admission to Brandon University for a masters degree sometime last year. I have been denied visiting visa in UK and USA in the past and applied for canada students visa last year may and was denied in September 2020. On the basis of no travel history, no strong hometie, inadequate prove of employment and the further stated that they are not convinced that I will return after my academic. I submitted prove of funds of my sponsor who is my siblings who works as a lecture abroad. I received my gcm notes in January.
Pls house I need help on what to do cos I intend to reapply next month and do not want to get another denial
Thanks for urgent response

Hi Helen, sorry about your denial. The main challenge to you app that I could identify was simply cos of the sponsor you included considering your age and work history. The question is if you are being sponsored, who takes care of your child? I would advise you to seek ways in which you could self-sponsor yourself and provide proofs.

Are there still applicants who submitted in Oct/Nov, responded to the NSE request and still waiting for final decision. I have sent mails and webforms tire and they just send the generic message that application is still under active review. My gcms notes came after being delayed and showed that I passed criminality but nothing was written for eligibility. Requested another notes last week, this wait is tiring olohun

Hello House,

Please I sent my passport to VFS Abuja on 23rd, it was received on 24th and it is yet to be sent to IRCC.

I have not received any message from them with regards to sending it to IRCC, should I be worried?

Don’t be. I’m sure it is being processed.

Must be a mistake with your mail add. Same happened to me.

You can call them on 0815 019 9900.

Also see attached below. Send mails to them. They will respond to you and give your your tracking ID.

awys:

If you haven't received a message that it has been sent to IRCC for processing then maybe they did a mistake in your email address it's mandatory for them to send mails on the movement of your passport not to worry then your passport is under processing cuz I have someone too she didn't receive mails cuz they made a mistake on her email address but her Passport has been processed so when she called the VFS they explained that they did a mistake in her email address instead of o they were putting a somewhere so don't fret it's been processed you can reach out to YTEEM here to give the VFS Customer Service to call to clarify with them.
In btw did you fill in your details like email address on the consent form

Na so o. We are expecting the eagle to land anytime T now.

How about someone who couldn't meet the NSE submission date due to timing of the examination, can the person send webform indicating that he won't go through the NSE route? Is it advisable?

Gooday!
Is it compulsory for an undergraduate student been sponsored by his brother staying in Canada to show proof of family ties or landed properties? Because the person is not up to 20 years of age and also is affidavit support needed?

Hello Guys,

Been a silent follower over the past few years. You guys are doing amazing tbh.

So this is my third application I was denied twice initially which really surprised me due to my extensive travel history etc.

I reapplied on the 23rd on January honestly due to pressure from my parents cause I had totally given up on the whole Canada thing however in exactly a month I got an update to proceed for medical my questions are
1. If I pass the medical does it make it sure that I will get the visa ?
2. The next available date for medical in Lagos is over a month a way is there any advice on how to get an earlier date.

Thanking you guys once again for the great work you guys are doing here.
Be rest assured you're getting it this time...medical request is a positive sign But not a guarantee.. it will end in praise.

Please when submitting the regular bank statement, does it have to be stamped and does the bank have to write letter of introduction?

Good morning again everyone,

So I was asked to submit mybankstatement for the NSE process. But my sponsor uses first bank, and since first bank doesn’t doesn’t work with them , I have decided to reprint the paper statement and reupload.

Now this is my issue, the initial account My sponsor used to apply for my visa has reduced. He has spent more than half of the money on a project

But he has another fixed account with first bank too... can I print the fixed account statement and upload with the old one for the NSE process?

Hi NL,

I have been a silent observer because i believe we need to observe the thread carefully before one can apply..

I have Bsc.Edu In Chemistry in 2015. 2.1 precisely and been working in the educational sector and also acting as a consultants to about 3 schools.. And thinking of the course to apply for and the school i choose Post Baccalaureate in Education at the University of Manitoba ( a year program)

My question is

1. What are the chances of getting my visa approved with that particular program ( Post Baccalaureate in Education) since its a year program and starts only in Fall

2. Is there an alternative course i can apply for just to boost my chances

3. My Uncle is the sponsor but i have an educational institution registered with government and also the school i consult with can give me a letter of recommendation.

Please NL i need your views

Thank you
Chief Lekiboboe oya come supply alternative courses..I trust you in this!
