1) The average height of the fence is taken as 2.40 metres above the ground level while the depth of the foundation is taken as 0.60 metres.

good day... alot can be done on the land. depending on your budget, I will suggest to have a suspended floor, which can be used as parking space.
note: you can also have a flat on the ground floor, while the order wing will be designed to accommodate parking for cars, while the first floor will be fully designed for dwelling.

You can actually do a lot with it. But to achieve good parking spaces, the ground floor can be a basement.

The sino truck (Huwo) is 30 tons mainly for sharp and Plaster sand or rubbles load.
While the trailer moves between 30 and 40 tons Granite, stone dust /base and other hard core materials.
