A job of 75 k take home in an environment where a room cost 120 k per year (agreement and agent fee inclusive)

And a job of 60 k where a room and parlour self contain cost 60k per year (agent and agreement inclusive), which one would you opt for?

One is in Lagos while the other in osun state.

there are other factors to consider. It is necessary to include these below:

cost of transportation?
cost of foodstuffs?
General cost of living.

It is most important you go to where you can grow. comfort is not everything

Choose Lagos if the job is close to the house for more opportunities abound in Lagos otherwise choose osun and do farming as a side hustle.
Don't thank me

thanks for your advice, I need the room and parlour as a studio where I could shoot and edit my videos, I'm a cinematographer cum content creator, going to Lagos might make me forget about my aspiration due to accommodation cost and the rest.

That of #75 000 will get you #120 000 change bigger than that of #60 000 when you calculate yearly.

Nevertheless have you considered transportation and cost of living?

That can help you make better choices.

Where in Lagos is there a rent of 120k per annum? I wanna know please. I hope it's not those far places like ikorodu, ogba, Egbeda or Mowe 120??

Anyways, I'll advise you go for the 75k job because as time goes on there be an increment.
