Good morning, My phone shut down yesterday and immediately I plugged it into a power bank and try to witch it back on but it was too weak to come up. I then decide to leave and I went to bed only for me to wake to 'miui can't be installed on this device' tuck in the start up menu. I have searched the internet for a solution but it was all to a dead end. The image I attached was from google as i cant access my phone at all. please, is there anyone that ha encounter similar problem?

Are you sure you are the owner of that phone...... Because this very simple step on how to erased the phone go back to normal |

Just go to wipe data and factory reset the phone |

Hold the combination of your power button and volume for about 15 seconds...A hard reset should happen.I hope this helps |
