I'm certain some folks will come here to show their frustration.

They're always frustrated about any success that's not from their tribe.

Bigotry has never helped anyone. They won't be an exception. It's only a matter of time before they realize how much damage they're doing to themselves.

You know them. They know themselves.

Who mentioned that MTN belongs to certain tribe in Nigeria?
Guilty conscience.

MTN Nigeria has been on the Nigerian stock exchange for more than a year.

You can invest in MTN Nigeria if you are impressed by their financial results. This you can do by buying their shares.

It is no longer a South African but Nigerian company. Whose new CEO is also a Nigerian.

Do not just be lamenting. Their results are out again, what are you going to do to key into their success story.

FYI, I bought a couple of shares and have not regrets yet
how do I go about it?

MtnBenin is the fastest network in Benin/Cotonou especially if you use a mifi. Similarly its 3g/4g in Nigeria, you need a mifi but a mifi is not possible to use when roaming. MtnBenin I think has Momo transfers to countries outside it( especially the francophone ones).
MtnCameroon has zero link with Nigeria even when they are closest neighbors such that you can't do MOMO money transfers between both countries unlike between Cameroon and Gabon/Equatorial Guinea etc( those within the CEMAC not ECOWAS axis).
All Mtn should come together and BUILD a strong money transfer system that is safe, affordable to use and connecting the African continent

I don’t sell shares. Talk to an investor or stockbroker.

Open an account and tell them specifically you want mtn shares. When there is an opportunity, they will notify you

Revenue grew by 15.1%
But PBT by only 0.9%
Companies inflating costs to keep money away from shareholders. Of course the key shareholders pay themselves by being on the board and executing contracts via 3rd parties

They can't advert, because their data is more cheaper than other networks with longtime duration before expired..I invest on data, than call.. it reduces my cost especially in communication and learning.. compare to other networks..
