Good Pm guys, please have always tried to find my way around this programming of a thing, am a mobile phone graphic designer and i met my old school mate recently who is into programming. he asked me to join and I told him i don't have access to a big system that will be able to do programming stuff so he told me i can start with a good mobile phone.... and recently I got a new smartphone which i think it should be able to work. but unfortunately, the guy got a job and he travelled out of the country, and have already gotten the phone... so please i need to know if i can truly use a smartphone as a beginner, and if possible how to go about it am ready to pay for the training THANK YOU very much

You can for the basics but once you get to more advanced stuff, you need to get a laptop.
