No nation can print it's way out of it's national debt because money itself is an IOU issued debt to be paid back via interest and inflation, the debt will continue to rise no matter the society, whether capitalistic or socialistic, as long central banking exists no nation can pay it's debt only servicing of debt, more debt funding socialistic works will be at the expense of tax payers and also asides the taxes ,inflation will punish the working class in a socialistic framework, but for capitalistic framework where creativity is allowed and channel individual productivity will be emphasized and better products and well maintained services will be created

Govt can bailout failed capitalist endeavors like big banks and big businesses or encourage entrepreneurship by loaning Capital to small businesses and start up companies, welfare programs like health care which offer poor unreliable services are funded by socialist govt

I'm a pragmatist the free market principles that we conservatives spew about is not totally idealistically possible as businesses now no longer aim to produce commodities that will beat their competitors, create innovations and make profit in the market, what businesses should strive for in the govt backed debt creation is to create a business system where they can access credit from banks and ensure they maintain steady cashflow so they can service the interest on their debts and parts of their debts as they can never hope to pay back their debts, if they fail they would be bailed out by big banks or govt , that is if they are big businesses
