The 1999 constitution was and is a northern constitution put together by the northern oligarchs with the aid of their military,they weren't drunk,they knew what they were doing.

The only solution to the problem of this country is for secession clause to be included in our constitution, so that people can decide if they want to remain Nigerians or not.
The two worthless southern presidents since 1999 cannot pretend, that Nigerians love living together.
The tribes living in Nigeria collectively hated each other why not use a legal tool like secession clause in the constitution to dismember the country.
