I wanted to add to that piece by saying maybe you should be a little patient with them or ask them to clarify what you don't understand about what they say or do before you accept, or probably you weigh what they mean or say before you answer them. This my sound a bit complicated but when you give it a deep reason i guess you will understand what I'm trying to say.
