Yes, this is the transcript label form. My previous institution says application for transcript is only online and students should not come to the record office, so I'm still unsure how I'll attach this form.

I think the transcript is to be mailed directly to deputy registrar/admission officer postgraduate college.

Please how do we go about clearance after being offered admission... I haven't received any mails from the school in a while now and I'm not sure I should expect one either!

Has anyone been cleared?

Or...Are we supposed to just go to the admissions office and initiate the process?

Same here. But I contacted Saanapay and a link was sent to retrieve the receipt.

Contact Saanapay either by email or phone call. A link will be sent through which you can retrieve the receipt.

You don't really need to contact them to retrieve your receipt, they have made it simple for cases like yours. This is what you need to do.

1.) First thing you need to do is go to the part of their website that does receipt retrieval.
I have placed the link below.

2.) Now that you are in the retrieval webpage, you type the email you used for the payment in the email field and type search.
You don't need to fill the other fields like merchant transaction number or saanapay transaction number. Just type the email you used for the transaction and type search. If you can't remember the specific email, then you try all your emails and search (this is what I did before I got mine).
The screenshot below shows how the site looks like.

3.) Once you have searched the email used for the transaction then All the payment made by that email will appear. It is then a simple matter of choosing the transaction you are looking for.
For someone like you, who has played unibadan twice using saanapay you will see two transactions (The application fee transaction and the acceptance fee transaction).

4.) Choose the acceptance fee transaction and click print/email. It is the twenty thousand something transaction and should be the most recent one or topmost one.

5.) The whole transaction information will appear with the option of either printing or sending to email. The information you are seeing is the receipt. DON'T SELECT THE EMAIL OPTION AS YOU WILL MEET WITH AN ERROR INSTEAD click the print option and you will be taken to your print window where you can then print it.

6.) If you are using chrome on mobile, simply click the save as pdf on the upper right corner and select the folder you want to save it in and save it for printing later.
(I strongly advise saving it as pdf in your phone so that you can access it anytime).

7.) If you are using a desktop or laptop and want to save as pdf you can simply do as if you want to print normally. When the options for choosing the printer you want to print to you simply choose an e-printer or a pdf software on your options to print to. For those having the foxit phantom pdf reader attached to their Microsoft word you will see foxit phantom pdf as an option. You either choose the foxit or the e-printer option and it will save as pdf in your computer.

Yes, this is the sample. It will be sent to 'Deputy Registrar/Admission Officer Postgraduate College, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria'. I don't know if there is a way you can send it to the person that will help you send the transcript, so that he attach the transcript label form.

Really complicated question, I go recommended and saw the admission letter, and I'm yet to send in my transcript. Now because I didn't start the process of requesting for transcript on time it's giving me a headache.

Your transcript is not a requirement for admission, but you will need it at some point for clearance. My recommendation is you start laying the groundwork for getting your transcript, if you will need help getting it, start talking to the people that will help you now.
I'm suspecting things will likely move fast over the next few weeks.

I'd say that really depends on the institution you're sending from and how long they tend to take while sending official transcripts...

Just so you know, the clearance has to be done with the transcript already received by UI and we have a window of just 6 weeks from the moment the admission letter is sent, to get cleared and pay up all fees.
