Kindly give directions to someone who is traveling first time to Osun State, apostle Babalola prayer mountain at ìkejì arakeji, to be specific..

Please tell how best to take transportation (he really needs a very cost-efficient means)

How to get to the mountain
Likely rules and regulations and statutory expenses (if there is any).

He's spending one to three days there

From Lagos

From Lagos, he or she shot take a vehicle going to Akure, Ondo state and tell the driver he or she is dropping off at ikeji Arakeji, its on the express way to Akure, after Ilesha.

Someone also told him to take ilesa bus and get there from there

Board Akure from Lagos only if the driver will take Ibadan route and not Ore. Make sure you find out from the driver first, which route he's taking/following. Arakeji is very close to Akure, is by the road side. No doubt, Ilesha is very close to Arakeji but boarding Arakeji from Ilesha will waste your time at the motor park because the bus might not get full on time and the NURTW might not allow you to get along vehicles. Ilesha branch of NURTW members are very stubborn
