Look, first of all it boils down to branding and fabrication, manufacturing, your are a brand and got models, now an assembly plant or an upgrade plant, there is assembly line to manufacturing, for most roles Royce are not assembled as they are hand made and not always mass produced, assembly is more about mass production of a model, now the model itself, that's where it comes in, do you produce the model using some degree of percentage of your products, that's manufacturing, then assembly is after a mass produced model is pieced together maybe in a plant that's the difference

My main concern is that Innosson has a credibility issue which may lead to legal, political and regulatory liability.

Knowing LASG, the alleged forgery by the Innosson brand used to defraud GTB had likely negatively impacted the views of legal advisers to LASG especially when sourcing for funds for the project.
Furthermore, Ibile holdings will never have taken Innosson on to this project with that Innosson baggage of brand credibility flaw.

Lesson: Don't go around cheating people, it will be revisited for big ticket projects. While in the case, Innosson allegedly defrauded GTB on motorcycle contract but when big opportunity surfaced, the way it handled the small contract was considered. Be faithful in little so you will have big opportunities.
