Nigerian Senate asked the current IGP what he needed to tackle insecurity and he compiled a comprehensive list of modern equipment each police officer and each police station should have and he estimated some billions... Till date corrupt Senate never approved it, Nigeria Governors Forum even went to court to stop Security Trust Fund Bill Former Chief of Army Staff also told the Government that in other to win the battle against insurgency, Nigerian Army needs it's personal fighter jet and attack helicopter without having to rely on Defense head quarters when being ambushed or the Nigerian Airforce who waits for permission from the President Commander in Chief for clearance....
