Pls my screen has changed back to “uploading video” and the first screen before we started the exam

I couldn't submit, tried, tried and tried. It took me back to initial page of uploading, adter that it wrote undefined

I also had issues submitting. I was getting Submission error but finally submitted after 45mins of trying.

Please if you're having issues submitting, keep trying. It will go through. I had same issue too but I just submitted successfully. Keep trying
