This bend was applied with force, the fone is a plastic material except the screen , I haven't seen a fone bent it's self, even iphone bent gate was little force before it could bend.

It's either the battery is swollen or something forcefully bent it.
If the screen damaged.

My previous xiaomi phone, Redmi note 4x did have bend problem within the first year of using it. I tried Googleing the problem and saw that many users did had the same problem and the phone frame and back was made from aluminum.
