12large1:You say the Serie A like its not Juventus and the rest, the German league can bring out 5 clubs that can hold their own against any top 5 clubs in any league and the disparity between the rest of the clubs is not as big as the Serie A, The French league is lesser in quality but still filled with European heavyweights |

I do think Musa deserves to be invited, however not as part of the main team list. We have so many star players there should be no room for redundancy! Inviting him is a way of stating that we as people will be there for our star players in troubled times. Ppogbae: |

Anyway, let's waif for the official list because owngoalnigeria report hasn't always been True. If it is indeed that a clubless player is called up, then Rohr isn't being fair to everyone. Nigeria isn't a charity organization that invites players based on sentiments. Players should be called on Merit. Nonetheless, I will judge Rohr based on if we Qualify or don't Qualify |

Can SUPER EAGLE ever Do what BLACK STAR of GHANA just did..... VS. SOUTH AFRICA The China-based duo are confirmed to take part in the third phase of preparation for the final hurdles on the road to Cameroon 2021 China duo Mubarak Wakaso and Emmanuel Boateng have been retained as Ghana coach CK Akonnor pruned down his camping squad as preparations continue for their upcoming 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe. The only foreign-based players participating in the exercise, the two men, who are currently on holiday in Ghana owing to a recess of the Chinese Super League, joined up with 24 home- based players for the second phase of training last week. An all-home-based contingent of 32 players was called up for the first phase last month. Editors' Picks The third phase of camp commences on Monday with 24 players, the Ghana FA has announced on their official website . Currently top the table in Group C, Ghana are set to take on South Africa away on March 25 and Sao Tome and Principe at home three days later to wrap up their qualifying series. The West African, whose main Black Stars team is virtually made of foreign-based players, are undertaking the camping programme as a proactive measure, amid concerns about the release of their foreign legion for the upcoming games. Owing to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, foreign clubs have safety and health concerns in relation to the international travel of players. Some clubs, particularly in England, are also worried about having to do without players even on their return from international duty because of mandatory quarantine protocols. Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, Crystal Palace duo Jeffrey Schlupp and Jordan Ayew, Swansea City attacker Andre Ayew, Leicester City defender Daniel Amartey, Southampton centre-back Mohammed Salisu and Reading full-back Andy Yiadom will have to undertake mandatory quarantine should they travel to South Africa. Full Squad: Goalkeepers: Joseph Addo (Aduana FC), Razak Abalorah (Asante Kotoko), Eric Ofori Antwi (Medeama SC) Defenders: Ganiyu Ismail (Asante Kotoko), Yusif Mubarik (Asante Kotoko), Konadu Yiadom (WAFA), Ibrahim Moro (Asante Kotoko), Haruna Jamal Deen (Great Olympics), Christopher Nettey (Asante Kotoko) Joseph Agyei (Legon Cities), Dennis Korsah (Ebusua Dwarfs) Midfielders: Gladson Awako (Great Olympics), Justice Blay (Medeama SC), Michel Otou (Great Olympics), Yaw Annor (Ashanti Gold SC), Rashid Nortey (Medeama SC), Maxwell Abbey (Great Olympics), Salifu Moro (Bechem United), Mubarak Wakaso (Jiangsu Suning), Joseph Esso (Dreams SC) Forwards: Emmanuel Boateng (Dalian Pro), Kwame Peprah (King Faisal), Kwame Opoku (Asante Kotoko), Diawusie Taylor (Karela United) . . |

zuchyblink:Whenever our player isn't performing, the suggestions will be either Descrimination, spiritual or they should walk away instead of actually treating the real issue. Iwobi needs to work on his weakness to see more games instead of relocating to another country. If he doesn't work on his weakness, he might just keep being a bit part player. He needs to score/assists more often because he is a winger. He should always work on his fitness, shooting. Anyway, the iwobi for Nigeria is a different iwobi for his club |

Iwobi can only do what his coach tells him to do. Today he was very defensive helping out with Hudson Odoi. I do wonder why the tactics always change when Iwobi is in the front 3 because u never see James playing that deep he was basically another fullback |

Alfryd:His name is Stephen Keshi and this is an exact page out of his book. Camp the homebase for a while and integrate the other before the match. The question should be can Nigeria do it again? |

BascoVanVeli:Keshi (RIP king) was successful in the fact that he won ANC and got us in R16 but the overall project Failed. Where are the boys that won the ANC in 2013) most of them career went to Oblivion even at a younger age. What happened after 2013 ANC? We failed to qualify for back to back ANC first time since 1996 even 1996 wasn't a qualification issue. Anyway, we must improve our Grassroots, Academy and the league before ever thinking of doing a Quota system team selection. For now, the best available players must be invited to SE |

BascoVanVeli:For a team like Everton playing against Chelsea at Stanford bridge they needed to play wingers who also have defensive abilities, to support the full backs, and can also join or initiate attacks when on the offensive. That was the strategy for Everton last night. |

Alfryd:From experience, project like this is usually not sustainable and las-las, the team will start struggling and the nation will start clamoring for the recall of most of the foreign based players. It can only pay long term dividends where the league is of high standards. Except they are just doing this due to COVID-19 induced travel restriction and quarantine protocols. |
