No. Football Clubs have a way of rating a player (that will fit there style) even if he flops in another league or team. Example, Morata always shines with Juve than he did at Chelsea/Madrid/A.Madrid.... all teams where he flopped. Same with Gnabry...didn't make it at Arsenal and other clubs he was loaned to in England....but look at him at Bayern now..
