My own suggestion is that the people of Delta state should identify major projects that needs to be done then write to the British government to pay the monies directly to any contractor that will handle such projects. If the money eventually gets to any government agent here in Nigeria, it will be looted. They all need money to support their lavish lifestyles.

Hmmm... UK make una hold that money for us until 2023 May 30th

Hopefully the same for APC which is a subset of PDP people too .
