FC Porto advances to next stage of the Champions league after defeating Juventus on a 4-4 aggregate.
Juve managed to seal a 3-2 victory after extra time, but this was not enough to get the through in their home.

Sergio Oliveira's 115th-minute goal shocked Juventus to send Porto through on away goals in a stunning Champions League last-16 tie.

Oliveira's long-range free-kick deep into the second half of extra time went through the legs of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Juventus wall to make it 2-2 on the night and give Porto the lead over two legs.

Adrien Rabiot's thumping header two minutes later gave the Italian champions hope, only for Porto goalkeeper Agustin Marchesin to produce a stunning save in the final moments to ensure the Portuguese champions advanced on away goals despite a 3-2 second leg Juventus win.

Porto had opened up a 3-1 aggregate lead through Oliveira's 19th-minute penalty after Merih Demiral brought down Porto's Mehdi Taremi.

But Juventus' Federico Chiesa found the far corner from a tight angle in the 49th minute before Taremi was shown a second yellow card for kicking the ball away.

And Chiesa headed in a Juan Cuadrado cross after 63 minutes to level the tie on aggregate.

It looked like Juventus would capitalise on their man advantage but Porto defended superbly to take the match extra time where Oliveira's decided the tie.

Juventus have now been knocked out on away goals at this stage for the second consecutive season.

Porto deserved to qualify btw. They were down to 10 men since 53rd min and they managed to hold the game till extra time and even scored one more goal. What a sheer character they displayed today.

I have proving myself in Italy, ever since I came to juventus they have never reach the semifinals something they have done 4 consecutive years, they have lost copa itallia back to back, something they have been winning with ease, juventus are ten points behind league leaders inter, league they have been winning since January. It's called away goal rule, not fulltime/extra time rule. The fact that they got to extra time doesn't reset the scoreline. It's still 3-3, so since Porto got another goal, it makes it two away goals for them and just one away goal for Juventus. That's why they're out.

That you expect it does not mean the rules should be changed.

Game was tied 3:3 (2:1, 2:1) at FT. We're talking about the UEFA champions league not the Copa Del Rey Semi finals or the Capital one cup semis.

Where is the defensive ability of the once feared Italian 3, Bonucci, Barzagli and Chelini. What of Pogba, Pirlo, Asamoah, etc are there any midfielders of their quality in current juve team?

:the refree was biased Porto committed handball in their own box but the ref ignored it Ronaldo was also brought down by Porto keeper but the referee ignored it again the ref officiated poorly seem he was bribed because he favoured Porto a lot except for the red card he gave them

juve as a team played sluggishly they delayed a lot of vital passes and crossing Ronaldo tried his best but the way juve played is nothing to write home about
