The other day in the news, several stranded Nigerians, owing to expiry of documents were lamenting their plights abroad; this will, henceforth, definitely go some way in relieving people who find themselves in such condition.

However, it'd serve more useful purpose if the temporariness is extended up to 90 days.

I wish our leaders could continue to think in such positive direction, even if they'll continue to amass to nation's fortune they've ignobly signed up for.

You probably need to show evidence of a permanent lost/expired nigeria passport to get the temporary passport...

Contact the Nigeria Immigration service officer or embassies to get the cost of the new passport

I didn't ask u what& what to present to get a temporary passport. This is what I asked:

1. What is in d permanent passport that isn't in d temporary passport?

It's not in my place to tell you if it's a good idea or not...it's definitely a matter of choice...you may choose to apply for one if it works for you, or you may not if it dosn't meet your standard..

I really wish I can provide more information about the new temporary passport but sorry I don't have the necessary data you looking for...

Because I trust the ministry of interior and the Nigerian Immigration Service... This has been developed I believe for the interest of the citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
