We are in similar shoe bro. Got numerous verification mail, but non has been successful. Stumbled across dia response as regard a complaint via dia Twitter handle nd decide 2 share maybe it cud help.

I've also follow suit nd my mail was acknowledged, awaitin dia resolution as well.

After sending them mail,that I didn't get my verification link, they sent 3 different verification link ,I swear I don tire.tried all the link is not working

Yes. I realized one needs to click on the unsubmitted name and confirm payment. Did that this morning and the name has moved to pending.

lol.they did the same to me yesterday.i got 5 email verification and all failed.am just going to keep trying them
