Same here, sent webforms and mails lastweek, no response. Sent another set yesterday and even midnight today. Got a response from Ankara VO that my application is at Nairobi. Later this morning, I got a mail response from Nairobi per the usual covid ish, application is being processed, e.t.c. It will end in praise for us all. Benquip: |

Good evening house, am using an agent to process my study visa, I was told to provide my NSE before 1st of April, but I don't have IELTS and the bank account CERTIFICATE and my agent insist I provide them unless I will be disqualify. My question now is that will I be disqualify If I did not provide the NSE details Please I need an urgent answer |

Oluwahush98: No you will not be disqualified but your application will then be processed via the normal route as against the NSE route. Also note that the provision of these documents do not necessarily guarantee approval either. Best of luck. 1 Like |

Good evening all. Please I have a question. Can a visa officer cancel your study permit application? I don't mean deny but cancel. I used an agent and we applied on 1st of September 2020. Got a letter requesting for ielts on 16th Dec and the letter stated that if I don't submit by feb 17th they will proceed with denial. I have submitted since 30th Jan and uptill now no response. Recently I noticed my application number on my biometrics request letter was different from the ielts request letter. When I asked the agent he said the visa officer cancelled my first application and asked them to reapply. I asked why he said no reason that the visa officer has the right to cancel your application at anytime. They never told me of this until yesterday wen I asked. Please what could make the visa officer cancel it? They reapplied and paid another application fee on September 29th without telling me. It was when they sent me a screenshot of my account I saw 29th as transmission date. In the first application of 1st September I was getting mails from IRCC but all of a sudden I don't . Now I found out they did not use my email during the second application and my school starts in May. Please what can I do? |

Good evening house, I studied physiology and i applied for occupational health and safety management in lambton college I have been given the admission and told to pay the fees the question is that I want to use my parents as my sponsor but we don't bear the same name, please will it affect my visa application?? Will the course that I choose also affect the visa application?? Thanks please help |
