You are interrupting it before it finish loading. Whenever you click next, wait for everything to finish loading before you start anything, even when it appears like it frozen.

If the problem persist, try changing browser.

I think your BVN has been flagged down by the CBN due to the fact that you might have defaulted a previous loan agreement in the past or other related issues.

Someone here dropped a good hint on how to handle easy registration and it's what I did using my phone because for the past 3 days I couldn't register until last night when I tried that method.
Once you click on the "New" applicant to move to the next section, choose ur title from the drop down and the enter ur bvn. While the cursor is still on your bvn hit next button on your keyboard. That's the magic, it'll move u to the next section to choose ur state. I did mine on Mobile, Firefox.

Hehehehe....loan ke? I have not collected any loan before.
The only thing I know I did recently was updating my BVN details.
I added a name to it and changed my DOB.
Could this be the reason?

Seems today’s network is the worst. I am trying to fill for a colleague and her BVN isn’t displaying her details. I tried to use mine which has been easy when I filled mine two days ago yet it is not displaying my details.

Is anyone else going through the same?

Pls is there an age limit or specification for this application. I tried to fill the form for Covid 19 TCF for Household and got this error message after putting my BVN and my details popped up. Please is this an error from the site or am I too old to get helped? Anybody with similar challenge, please assist cos I couldn't go past that stage. Thank you.

There is nothing like age limit as long as your bvn brings out ur name even if ur date of birth is not correct just proceed.the error is from them

Why do some people believe going to Cafe will solve browsing/internet issue. Your phone will access virtually any website PC can access.

The bvn issue only needs you to keep trying, has nothing to do with phone or laptop.

select ur title first and enter ur bvn. While the cursor is still there, hit next on ur keyboard....

If you saved your ref number, you can always go back as returning applicant and do so

they haven't started approval for the ongoing applications, but from the look of things, it'll be fast and there won't be '' BVN DOES NOT EXIST'' this time cos BVN validation has been done in the application process. I think the next step would be notification of amount approved and request for applicants account details.

Yes, I have done it. Thanks for the reply. Only that I was concerned, perhaps the change did not take effect since I didn't get a 'confirmatory message' after clicking the Submit button. It just responded with 'This BVN user already exists'??
