If you are awake and scared of this thunder, oya let's gist our fear fear away.

I will never forget the day thunder struck me really hard, the experience was really funny, everything happened so fast. It was around 2017, i was sitting alone in the room, using my using while it's plugged, my bad. Normally i wouldn't use my phone while it's charging but it's like the devil just wanna get to me that night, my long time crush decided to chat with me that night, but unfortunately my phone was low on battery and i just have to use it while charging. I remember vividly, i was about to send a kiss emoji when this thing just hit me from nowhere, i couldn't understand what was going on for a minute, the only thing i could feel is my hand getting really swelled up, and my phone and charger was shattered on the ground, i didn't even know if am the one that flung it or it flung itself, i screamed so loud that everybody in the house quickly rushed to my door. What surprises me most is how i got a cut on my thigh, omo thunder crazy gan o. Since that day like this, anytime i see signs of thunder, I'll drop my phone somewhere if it's with me and make sure am not touching anything metal, the fear is still in me till today

Lol.. Very crazy experience yesterda

Yesterday night was a night to remember for me due to the lightening and heavy thunder.

I got home exhausted and very tired some minutes to 12, scrambled the kitchen to get something to eat and eventually took corn flakes and water with no milk nor sugar. I slept off almost immediately with my socks still on.

Some minutes or hours later, I observed it was about to rain, I got up lazily to close the windows to prevent the rain from getting in. I went back to sleep afterwards.

I was jolted back to life by a loud and deafening sound of which I initially didn't know where it come from. It felt like the sound came from deep down my heart. Awake and petrified, I jumped down from the bed and lay on the floor with my knees and fingers.
I was still searching for where the sound came from when another one sounded. This time I became aware it was thunder just as I was about moving under the bed.

I wondered how thunder would be so loud, the sound was as if the sky had broken and the thunder was hitting the earth directly from the broken part.
I tried thinking of how thunder is formed to Know where the sound was this terrifying. Nothing was coming from my brain as I was both mentally and physically tired from the last days work.

Then came another lightening which made the room bright in the Milli seconds followed by the loudest sound so far. This time, the sound was as if the sky has fully shattered and I could see what's above the sky if I look out.

I was contemplating on looking out when some creepy thoughts came in. What if the sky had already fallen and aliens were descending down to earth or what if it was rapture and the earth was being destroyed.

I immediately started reciting " kurisuyu ", me that couldn't remember when last I opened the Quran or any religious book.
