It remains a mystery to me how party Jollof tastes better than home made Jollof. Currently I'm perceiving the pleasant aroma of the one being cooked by my neighbors who are preparing for a wedding. The aroma I must say is nose blowing.

heat( they use fire wood to cook party rice like 300 to 500 degrees) then ingredients, not only one person will cook the rice, women go plenty for there, and their taste buds sharp pass each other whereas in your kitchen na only you go dey inside 1 Like |

my bea once said its bcoz of d firewood n smoke.. they tried same in her flat last Christmas, cooking party jellof with same pot n firewood as end of the year bash tinz n it didn't taste close to the real wedding or burial jellof... especially dt burial own naim de sweet pass with enof pepper... 1 Like 1 Share |
