Is it a general issue because after I have taken the test, it's still showing take test again on their dashboard.

I took the test, scored 60
but after clicking on "end test" it kept (loading) rolling in a clockwise direction. it over twenty minutes now and it's still not done.
hope it won't affect the test I took, as it has already showed me my score? I'm also scared to reload the page

Let me tell you what happened in my own case. I was facing the same problem with you and I was using chrome browser. Then I went to download Firefox browser and to my surprise I was able to update my profile after just few tries.
I still did my test with chrome tho

I got 3 links approximately 20 hours after the request. I suggest you check your spam box if you don't get it after waiting for hours

Download Firefox mini version, I used it to validate my bvn, update my profile and took the test without stress.
