It's not telling me "you've already taken the test" o.
Or is it after u login on the test portal? U know when u click on take test, it opens a new tab on ur browser where u will have to put in ur Npwr/2020 number n password

If you have submitted your test, forget the 'take test'.

When mine was displaying error, I kept pressing submit button repeatedly till it was successful.

I didn't even see my test score. After taking the test and submitted, it started loading saying I should wait for my test score. I waited for many minutes and it was still loading until I removed it. I tried taking the test again but it says that I have already taken the test. Npower with their nonsense site. Is there any way I can check my test score?

Guys... I was retaking the test for the third and final time. It was 4 minutes counting to the end of the test, I was just cross-checking before I make submission, all of a sudden , my screen went blank and notification popped up "your account has been blocked"...

Keep clicking, same happened to me, got about 8 different links wen reclick this morning

Some people really get better luck for this exam sha, more than 10 of some people questions hard no be small.

keep trying it till u see d mail (that's what I did).They kept saying they've sent d link to my mail but whenever I check my mail, thier ain't no link..so I kept trying it (over and over again) till they sent it .

Not able to summit after uploading

done with my test, score 60%

I took the test not quite long, was very easy except for 2 numbers which were tricky. When I was done, I clicked on the previous button to enable me visit those numbers only for the page to go blank. I tried to refresh the page all to no avail, then I logged out and login to take the test again only for me to see a message saying that my account has been blocked. I don tire for naija matter.

Lol calm down, lemme help you out.. At this point, I suppose you must've gone past the very first stage which is resetting your password.. You should login with your new password and ofcourse your email.. On your dashboard(top left corner), you'll be instructed to update your details.. You will then input your BVN, email used for registration, phone number, date of birth and state of Origin, all these for your BVN validation.. When it finally goes through, you will be able to update your details and upload your documents.. You can also update your passport photograph, if you wish.. Ensure that your files are not more than 200kb, you should compress them if they are else it won't go through.. After submitting successfully, you will be prompted to take the test and there you'll find your NASIMS ID (NPWR/2020/*********), you should screenshot it.. When you attempt to take the test, you will be instructed to input your username which is your NASIMS ID and ofcourse your password..

If at any stage, you encounter "some errors occured" or anything of that sort.. If you're 100% sure that you did all that was required of you, then do not relent.. Keep clicking/pressing that button, keep trying, it will eventually go through.. If it doesn't on Chrome browser, download or tell someone to help transfer Firefox to your device.. Keep trying on both of them till it finally goes through.. Good luck!
