The email I registered with my npower is correct and I inserted it, showing me to check my email up till now I can't see it?
What is the problem?

Me, I've done all that. But won't let me update the profile which I need to do before I can take d test.

I didn't face this stress at all,I reset my password and updated my profile under 5 min and did d test and got my score too.i didn't do anything twice.it was soo easy for me

if its not in your inbox,its supposed to b in your spam folder.
multi click d link on the site like 3 to 4 times then check your inbox and spam folder.try to refresh your mail as well

guys pls help me out, i have gotten d link , my problem is DAT wen i want to tkle d test it kept asking me if my nasims Id of wic i av been using my email nd new password wic z not opening. how do i go about it?
