It's clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the loan. The interest will keep increasing and whenever "any money" enters any of the bank account linked to your BVN it will be deducted instantly to service the loan.

some of the microfinance bank workers also spreads the high probability of no payback...that's why they go about striking deals for some percentages once the money is given n quickly processing some accounts as opposed to others that have stayed in the queue for a long time waiting for the money.

you can still apply. I applied last year too in but didn't get approval. someone ask them on their page if he can still apply again since he didn't get approval, NIRSAL responded that if you didn't get their fund you can still reapply. I applied for SME last year this time is household
