My brother, it is very possible. I never believed such can happen especially in this Buhari regime until 4days ago when a brother told me he got appointment with NCS/NPS and he didn't apply for it. He told me someone just call him to come Abuja for his appointment letter. The person collected his CV in 2018 and he did not pay a penny. I don't even know thaat training is ongoing right now until he told me they will pass out next week. I have to rush here to encourage you to follow up seriously.
