but I thinks it's not necessary to send the documents through the mail because it was not stated in the terms and conditions of the Award.

It was bruh. Whereas, people had started getting their alerts before the physical verification. It means their bank details has already been collated through the mails

But how come you received your letter late?
If it's no fault of yours,you can do well to call and politely remind the personnel assigned to your school of your plight

You are very wrong It was sent to FSB by your Deanery student affairs, the same thing with BUK we were not told to send anything as soft copy to FSB,but on the day of physical screening we were told by team of FSB that they received our soft copy since 2nd week of February......If you can think well where did FSB got your account details?

I think it's necessary you send your documents being a new awardee. I don't know if through email alone is ok but you need to send them.

I am talking based on the information available to me and what I did. I don't know whatever you did or what you were told.

You are the one not thinking well. We filled our account details on one of the forms given to us and that is where they got our account details.

I'm in a similar situation as yours. They mixed up my details && sent my award letter to a diff school so I was unable to sign the other documents. I'm yet to receive my corrected letter but I've been in contact with the supervisor in charge of my school. They advised me to go ahead and get the necessary signatures && head to their office in Abuja for verification, submission && collection of my original award letter ASAP.
U might need to do that too but since you've sent your soft copy, your payment is already being processed.

To actually get a safe answer,the personnel assigned to your school should tell you what to do.

Submission of hardcopies has long ended in schools I must say.
You can also email them explaining your plight

Or if you've got the means to travel to ABJ,fine.
