What does what you're asking have to do with a man who insulted a court and was sentenced for doing so? It happens worldwide. Suck it.

Rather than facing the main post you've diverted to pointless things. Do this in a court before a judge and see where that gets you.

Many have appealed judgements and got them upturned at higher courts.

What do you mean... Its called community service and its done all over the world. Even celebrities are ordered to serve community service if they mess up.
