Yeah.
Also, decan matters. There are 3 decans for each Zodiac sign & they all have different rulers.
For example, the Leo sign has 3 decans which includes;
* July 23 - August 2: They are mainly ruled by the Sun.
* August 3 - August 12: They are ruled by Jupiter.
* August 13 - August 22: They are ruled by Mars.
So, the behaviour a each Leo individuals differs coupled with other planetary alignment in their natal chart. That's why some Leos can be extroverted or introverted.

Every element has an ogbanje or weyrey in them.lolz.
For me,
Pisces is the ogbanje or wahala of the water element..
Gemini for air element,
aries for fire element.
While virgo are the wahalas of the earth element.

You have to be extremely careful while dating these signs especially when you're not compatible with them, it always ends in tears and heartbreak.

Yeah, a Pisces Sun Sign with Taurus Moon Sign & Aries Rising Sign/Ascendant cannot have the same character with a Pisces Sun Sign, Leo Moon Sign & Scorpio Rising Sign/Ascendant.
Superficially, they may have thesame taste, share thesame hobbies etc. cos of their similar Sun Signs BUT deeply, there are many differences between them.
