I know there's android 10 but I'm afraid of updating it because the other time I upgraded from android 8 to android 9 I was locked out of the phone, the phone didn't recognise my fingerprint and pin again. I have to flash the phone before I was able to gain access to the phone.

So before you update remember to remove your password/pin and your registered finger prints..

Glo can be good in your area at certain time of the year here once it gets to the raining season I switch to either Airtel or their brother MTN

Check the actual update size then try Downloading when the network is very stable like very early in the morning 4-6. Happened to me ones was updating it got to 100% and was still counting I just scrolled down and checked actual update size was more than the update size it was showing initially so I just allowed it till it finished downloading everything.

I need help here. So I got the A3X and have been observing it's performance for a while now. It's a sleek device, just not impressed with battery. That's not the issue though. I got talking with my ISP due to slow internet download speed. I use Glo. Was asked to supply my number and device name, and it returned that the device I used doesn't support band 28. While I tried to make corrections that Umidigi A3X supports band 28, the Customer care agent insisted I was using A3 Pro. Checks by they on my IMEI showed my device was registered as A3 Pro. Have I been defrauded ?

If your network speed is not that great first check if you're using the correct apn settings sometimes it might be glogwap or thereabouts make sure you're using gloflat confirm and give feedback..

Not entirely true sometimes my RN8 drops 3 or 4% overnight.. but there was na app running in the background dat did that ba3 drain.. in case of another time check your battery statistics to determine which app did..

Google play issue is your Airtel APN not being the latest from Airtel...
Android setup issue has been dealt with a few pages back

Those numbers that show when click on the game servers. You'll see something like 120ms, 200ms e.t.c that's the ping time and i learnt that if it's not less than 100ms then it's not good because it causes delay in the gameplay and you'll get killed easily.

Try all the networks for your area see the one wey better pass..
