You're also allowed MINOR corrections for making clear transcripts.

I regularly have this dull pain on the left lower part of my abdomen. It comes and goes. It's as if air is trapped somewhere making an organ swollen and thus painful.
Recently the symptom has reoccured but this time with increased pain.
I want to do scan but short of funds for now so who has an idea of what this condition is?
