PrimadonnaO:
I've never fallen for anyone who had pickup lines... those Shakespeare wannabes, guys who flatter like their lives depend on it.

Good humour is attractive, but those poetic lines
..oh please!
From the bucket of over flowing love did i pick up my pen to show you my undying love

To the one who decides my heart beat
Dear PrimadonnaO
If should think of love
I'd think of you, your arms,
Tying your hair in plaits above,
The lyre shape of your arms and shoulders,
The soft curve of your winding head and the glamour of your beauty which encompasses my words of description.
You are my sun and stars, my night, my day,
My seasons, summer, winter, my sweet spring,
My autumn song, the church in which I pray,
Holding you close to me will be a dream come thru.

Off topic.
Michy Batshuayi hasn't kicked a ball for Chelsea this season, infact he has managed to make the bench just once in 4 games this season, yet he played 90mins for Belgium today, Belgium o, world number 1 fa !Dries mertens and Romelu lukaku were on the bench, he scored 2goals.
If Batshuayi was Nigerian with his travails at Chelsea, some people would have tagged him "wasteman" "unproven", 2goals in three seasons striker etc etc.
They will tag the National team coach that invited him the most corrupt in the world.
My point is... Sometimes, a lot of things can contribute to a player not making match day squads in a foreign country, it's not always down to quality or lack of it.
It might be as simple as the manager just not liking the way the club's jersey looks on you! grin (Guardiola comes to mind)
The support of the national team can go a long way in giving some confidence, especially for players who had once been main stays in the team.
Cc :Iheanacho I watched him in his u17 days, his man city days under pellegrini even under Guardiola, his Leicester days under Ranieri.... His early days in the GWG, all that talent cannot just "vamooze" like that, No!
I really pity the young man and other brilliant guys like him: Isaac success, Nwakali Junior...
I hope Rohr starts him against Ukraine.
And the book of lamentation was opened

I doubt if Iwobi had a future with England... with the way he was inconsistent at arsenal especially during Wenger last days,he would have been used and dumped..

Playing for England isn't that easy.. Tammy should bear in mind that to retain a spot in the team,he has to be consistent... it will cost England nothing to dump him if he losses form...
He would have been invited

.. U don't expect england to invite aina

Of Ukraine Friendly

Ahead of Nigeria’s international friendly tie against Ukraine in Dnipro on September 10, Super Eagles technical adviser, Gernot Rohr has issued a stern warning to the players that lateness to training camp won’t be tolerated any longer.

The game will be the first match the team will be playing after winning the third-place match against Tunisia at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

Rohr told Soccernet.ng that the invited foreign-based players are expected to join the camp in Ukraine.

He also revealed that lateness to camp won’t be tolerated if the team must create some level of understanding ahead of the September 10 friendly tie in Dnipro.

“We are really ready to receive some of the invited players to camp because this is the first time we will be playing together after the 209 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

“Ukraine is a very good team and I don’t think we will approach the game in a friendly manner but like a cup game. I see every game like a true competition and I want the players to also think the same way.

“We want to win because that’s our priority for the Ukraine clash. The players we have invited are also aware that they need to arrive to camp early in order to create understanding amongst all the players.

“This is a game we must approach with all seriousness and I am sure the players will not disappoint.

TheSuperNerd:
Ferland Mendy is renowned in France for his speed and power from his Lyon days. He matched Chuks speed-wise and defended well against him. He is called the Mbappe of Left backs for his speed especially.

The top speeds in the game was attained by both Mendy and Chukwueze with Mendy edging just slightly. Not surprised. But the lad that came in for Chuks is a left winger predominantly. Javier Ontiveros is his name. Another fine talent two years older than Chuks. He came in and Ekambi moved to the right to match Mendy's power. And subsequently Moi Gomez moved there after Ekambi left. It was obvious to Calleja that Zidane started Mendy to overpower Chuks and then keep up with him speed wise.

And I think Calleja's tactical changes are working as Moi Gomez just put Villareal ahead.
I hope chief rohr is learning
