The show was just not it honestly, i could only whatch 2 episodes
Dailogue was poor
Cast could do better but lemme blame the writter/writters

I have my Bais when watching movies
there are some actors/actresses that i don't like, so i will always give their shows a minus on that
thesame applies for directors, production studio.....etc
Even proffesionaly as a critic this bais still exist, know your critic's bais and know peace

All in All watch movies for yourself and have fun , but if you are waiting for critics ratings, get ready to be disappointed

Everyone has their taste, different people find different movies appealing for different reasons so i don't thing its proper to fault anybodies rating . but for banter purposes i might attack your ratings .
Before you watch any movie you have an expectation if that expectation is fufulled to the max then in deserves a 10/10 another persons comes with a different expectation and is not satified he gives it a 5/10 . they are all right in their ratings.

Everyone has thier BAIS . deal with it as it pleases you.

P.S :Carniva Row is an average show on my rating scale
P.P.S : Any movie with low rating (50% - 65% ) on Rotten Tomateos is a Good movie

Lmao.... I find it funny when your moniker seems to mirror a movie (Predestination....2014) which was released two years into your doom and gloom of the entertainment industry. It's even more ironic when you look into the year 2014 which had lots of top tier movies to boot.

you mentioned some good movies here but understand my statment i didn't say good movies are not being produced i said there is a declined . and there are not as frequent
just sit back be honest with yourself think about your top movies of all times you have watched and check their years of production you will see a trend, '98 to 05 was mad years back to back top rated TV
Now it's just Hype everywhere it's just about the money Bad movies invest hearvily in promotions and still make a whole lot of money and we say the movie is top.

I am of the opinion that After 2012 the production on great movies/ series started to decline .
Now if we are lucky we get a solid one once in 2 years

lol, two episodes into the show , i was like why the hell will someone give this thing a 8/10
but then people score movies differently
that show is at best Average , the only reason igave it a 6/10 is because of the cast and costumes
-plot was weak
- character developement was just.... shaby, well lets just say its just season 1 but still give me a reason to keep watching in expectation
Cinematography was not bad
Dailogues were just there..........
