I am curious about the possibility of getting PTA up to 3-4 times in a year for genuine travel plans.

Is this possible?

From what I heard, there are some roles/departments which are yet to be created. What I don’t know is if a “customer support specialist” fall under the category of yet to be created departments.

All I can advice is that should keep shooting them mails.

I have been offered a job and I’ll be resuming on the 31st.
I also have a friend resuming on the 24th of this month.

Please do you have any idea why I’ve not been called? I passed their assessment and interview but haven’t heard back since May.

Hello guys, I’m new on nairaland. Please bear with me. I have a concern/question about Tekexpert too. I completed their assessments and interview since 3rd of May. I was told by the recruiter “Abisola” that my application was successful but she can’t categorically say when I will be given offer letter, and that they’ll definitely get back to me. I thought to myself that prolly the pandemic is one of the reasons things are on hold. But I’ve been reading here and there that others are resuming. I aced all the assessment for the role of Customer Support Specialist. I’ve tried reaching Abisola but the line is always switched off. I also wrote an email stating my interest to one of the recruiters that interviewed me, but I got no response. Any idea what I can do next? Or have I been ghosted? Is there anyone with a similar experience? It’s almost 4months I last heard from them. I really want to work with them.
