I was not aware of this case until you guys mentioned it, and I have looked at the video posted. The whole thing still made no sense.

1. The no knock warrant was a search warrant and not an arrest warrant. So obviously, it means the police were not interested in alerting the people in the house of their presence. Why would they go through the trouble of applying for a no knock search warrant and then knock? Besides, no crimes had been established against the lady as the police were still investigating.

2. Why will boyfriend fire at Police if he knew they were actually Police? It does not make sense, unless of course he has a death wish. It's obvious he thought the door was being broken by burglars and he fired his gun in response.

3. Why was the boyfriend not arrested, since he his alleged to have shot an officer. It simply means he did nothing wrong.

4. How come the lady was shot 8 times, while the actual shooter did not even receive a bullet graze. Was the lady on her feet taking the whole 8 bullet, or was already lying down while being shot?

5. I leant that the police has agreed to pay $12 million to the family of the lady in an out of court settlement. Why if the police did nothing wrong?

Apparent to everyone now that democrats want
their approved judge at SC to further their liberal cause They have determined that the society needs to abide by their liberal wishlist.
To achieve the overturn of the court the democrats want 4 more midnight blue states ie puerto Rico and DC. After which they can add supreme court composition, gerrrymander congressional districts, allow felons and literally anyone likely to side with them the right to vote.

When Trump was inaugurated on Jan 20 2017, the Republicans have complete control of all branches of government - Executive, Senate, HoR and even majority in the Supreme Court. But they couldn't achieve anything because of Trump, not even repeal Obamagate.

The Democrats only have majority in the mid term election of 2018. The Republicans still control the Senate stalling a number of policies put forward.
