Good morning Dr, Am in my 5wks4days of my first pregnancy. However, I have been experiencing severe abdominal pains (upper & lower abdomen) for the past one week ago. The scan/lab results showed that I have PID & Ulcer respectively. Kindly advise on what to do as the medications given me have not really reduced/stop the pains. The drugs given to me are: Duphaston, paracetamol & folic acid with the promise that PID treatment will be done later because of my early stage of pregnancy. Warm regards, |

Am a first timer but found this thread very useful. Am in my 5wks4days of my first pregnancy but have been experiencing severe stomach pains. The scan/lab results showed that I have PID & Ulcer.
