What Atiku should have done was to call Wike to one side and ask him to nominate a VP candidate, preferably a Senator from Rivers. That way, Wike won't be an issue but Wike will feel important. But Atiku being Atiku, sense is far from him and he usually loses political battles.

The way things are going, Atiku will lose even Delta where Okowa comes from. Atiku will also lose those states whose Governors share Wike's views. Ortom, Makinde and others not talking. Devils like Obaseki will do Atiku shege.
