It is a bad policy. Because it work in developed countries doesn't mean it will work here. Reduce the tuition fee and make tuition fee affordable to everyone. Student loan can't work here because of corruption and mismanagement.

The results were mind boggling. Must states had students loans board. What killed it? Meals and other things were subsidized in most tertiary institutions in the past. What killed it? Personally, nowadays I try to see myself as the price. I try not to think in ways of "winning someone over". Instead, people must do things to win me over.

It's one of the hardest mental shift I've made in a while and so far, it's been a lonely road but I'm becoming good at it and somehow I'm beginning to see some people working hard to be in my life.

Very few people though, one or two girls, but I can tell you, it's way better than me working hard to keep someone.
