Peter Obi that had terrible tenure as Anambra state with no tangible projects to point out to as achievements.
Anyways, like Peter Obi, like his supporters, their reasonings are always shallow Peter Obi is still the best governor in Nigeria today. No competitor anywhere. Peter Obi saved money for Anambra for the future, Tinubu borrowed away Lagos destiny With the size of Lagos income and resources, a Peter Obi will make Lagos bigger than American economy. Even with Anambra small economy, Peter Obi relegated Lagos performance to the backyard. |

Immediately you make a comment, it deletes it automatically. It has been deleting and banning users comments indiscriminately. The fact that users accounts are restored after 30 minutes does not change the fact that the bot is attacking people's comments indiscriminately. Who's checking the bot?. Abeg, let the Moderators do their job otherwise people will be discouraged and forced to abandon the forum. I come in peace. You can log on to zommby forum and have more fun there. Instead of appointing a legal task force to provide speedy justice to clear the correctional facilities of people like Yusuf Quadri that have no business being in detention, he is employing more people to take care of innocent children being locked up on suspicious circumstances everyday?
Surely, this man built Lagos corruption. |

Politics › Re: 5 Strong Reasons Why Peter Obi Should Lead The Opposition Coalition (Opinion) by PresidObi: 7:08am On Apr 26, 2025 |
asfrank: You guys are forgetting the fact that most people voted for PO out of fear of Muslim Muslim ticket. It wasn't out of any love or his ability to lead. It wouldn't be so this time around. 2. He can't unite sh**t, if he could then LP wouldn't be in such a disarray. If he is incapable of uniting a small party, what makes you think he can unite diverse opposition parties and interests. You think people like Elrufai and Atiku are moving up and down because of love for Nigeria? It is their personal interest obi can't handle those men. They would control him. 3. The youths clamouring for Obi, mostly are first time voters, GenZ, they just follow trends, most of them just accept the disinformation spread all round by Obidients without verifing the facts or make research. So i don't see a change in that voter demography. In the 10 to 20 years, these Genz would become the majority, that's when his best opportunity may arise. For now I doubt it. 3. Lock down a region? Wth how many votes? If not out of Bigotry, Nepotism, tribalism, then Obi couldn't have gotten over 95% votes in the South East. They voted for him, not because he was the best, as most of them who witnessed his time as Governor testified, but because of fear of MUMU ticket, perceived injustice in power sharing, and hate for the Yoruba people. You guys should just for one be honest just for once, no one is going to hold it against you for wanting a South Eastern to also hold the office of president. But the paint job done on OBI was beyond comprehension. I mean the guy is basically average, but they made it look as though he has two heads, the alpha and omega who can handle all problems besetting the country.
SE folks spent so much time and resources in laundrying Obi's image. Infact he is amazed at the outcome he feels it's organic love. That explains the reason why he keep moving up and down attending events and capitalizing on people's grief, just to remain relevant.Who knew him B4 2019, does organic love start during elections? If he has organic votes, he should stay in one place, the votes will always be for him regardless. Buhari is a testament to this fact. The man came out once every 4 years, but still had the same votes.
Obi was unknown even after the 2019 elections, what brought him to lime light was MUMu ticket, social media campaign against Tinubu, which was amplified by Christian leaders across the country. That should explain why he couldn't amass then same votes in non Christian dominated states. I was returning from Abuja prior to the elections, a guy just stood up and started preaching, next was how the plan was to Turn everyone in Nigeria into a Muslim should Tinubu wins. That was the message that gave him most of his votes not any organic love
Now that fear is no longer there, he is left wth the GenZ twitter, Facebook, tiktok users and his SE votes. It's a lie. The support for Obi was already running wild before Tinubu picked his VP. |

After Buhari from the north took 8 years, if you, Atiku from the north is planning to take another 8 years, then you are taking southerners as lower humans.
But wetin concern me concern region, The major problem Atiku has is that age is no longer on his side, he will be ruling Nigeria from Dubai, and coming to holidays in Nigeria a few days in a month. He hasn't shown any economic or managerial dexterity since we know him.

Lagos, Ibadan and Abeokuta are places where touting is more respectful than bank managers. In fact, some people who did PHD in accounting are now touts in Lagos, ask tinibu. |

Why not, when the chairman of impoverishment is on the presidential seat? The richest people in Lagos when he was a governor were area boys and touts, and they all barely struggled to find money to drink shekpe and smoke ganja. By 2027, people will be begging to be given 200 naira so they can vote the disaster again, the alternative is to go hungry again that day. Bobloco: So their role doesn’t involve ensuring that the funds reach the students, who are the very reason NELFUND was founded in the first place? Honestly, I don’t know where some people with this kind of reasoning come from. Nooooo, their role stops at removing the money from our oil money and dumping it at the gates of each university, everyone interested can then go and "grab it, take it by force and run with it" |
