Anytime I thought of building a house for rent I just feel sick. I respect those who are doing it honestly.

It is not economically wise at all. I see those building houses as people who just want to help the govt in areas they have failed.

If u check out the economic viability u will see that it is not the best investment.

You're correct. Any day the government decided to go against land investors, tenants will suffer badly. Landlords are the worst kinds of businessmen, very poor returns.

Bad news sell more in Nigeria. South East is synonymous with bad news which explained why you see a lot of news from there.

Few years ago, Fulani herdsmen news was trending everywhere. Before that, it was Boko Haram.

Now it is IPOB, ESN, UGM, terrorism and constant daily sit at home and keeelings.

That's only on nairaland. On the ground, south east is the safest region in Nigeria with the biggest investments. Private developers building up every space while your side are there pumping propaganda.

By the time you know how backward you have gone, it will be too late.
