PoliticsRe: Why Is Supporting GEJ Seen As An Offence? by Prestonvic(m): 11:30pm On Jul 27, 2012
Kobojunkie: Rather than continue to argue like an illiterate . . . I will again re-direct you to my previous post for the answers to the silly questions and claims . .
its unequivocal that you are a proud illiterate who has never built any structure before thats why it'l be difficult to educate you so continue with your unfounded allegations...
PoliticsRe: Why Is Supporting GEJ Seen As An Offence? by Prestonvic(m): 11:17pm On Jul 27, 2012
LSA: This is my first time on commenting on a topic about GEJ on nairaland. But poster, u are a fool and so is Goodluck. He is not moving Nigeria anywhere and still you support him. The innocent souls being killed by bokoharam would punish you and your foolish president
you called the president foolish? Does it mean that your parent didn't train you well on how to respect your elders? or did u learn from them? SECURITY IS A COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBLITY BY ALL CITIZEN! If you know who the bokoharam are, then report to JTF and see if we wont live in peace!!

Pataki: Retardeen the 'bling bling' apron wrapper.

Retardeen the MEND advocate! We all still October 1. 2010.

Retardeen the President who is always on top of the situation!

Retardeen, the King Kong of corruption!

We the true loving Nigerians love you and adore your passion for a true world respected and prosperous Nigeria. Where African countries like Ghana, South Africa, Zambia, etc, do not treat we your humble servants like SHYTE.
if a retardeen is your leader then you most be an IMB*CILE and a LOWLIFE thats why he's made your leader! seriously because in the land of the blind the one eyed man is always the leader. But i know u are a intelligent man so there is no retardeen anywhere in Naija

Kobojunkie: Well, here's the thing. We don't live in the stone ages anymore. Roads are built in a matter of weeks, even months these days. Railway lines are put together in 1-2 years or more. Bridges are assembled in less than a year even. Even SkyCrapers are built in a matter of months. Nuclear stations don't need to take 20 years to build any more . . . you can get 20 built across the nation in just 4 years(working with various teams). This all depends on the size of the project, availability of resources, and commitment on the part of those who need the job done. It does not need to take Nigeria 20 years to get where it needs to be. If we are committed to serious development, there is no reason why we cannot accomplish a significant amount of that in just 2 years. Much of the leg work has been done in most cases. All we need to do is apply what has been proven to work for our benefit here. So, forgive me if I think your argument there is bull-shiot as it does not answer anything. You are not talking to an slowpoke who you can tell anything. Go do your homework.

Now back to the work . . again, when a leader leads, his works do the talking for him, on the most part. he does not need to hire a gang of hooligans to harangue the people on a daily basis and tell them lies of what they ought to expect from him. There are so many examples of them across the world today that I don't need to explain that to you.
Again, in the Nigeria case, what continues to happen is that we are fed stories of what might happen, but what we hear does not line up with what we see and know. This is on human levels and seeing is believing.
i know you've not built anyhing before in your life that is why you argue and blame GEJ blindly like an illiterate. Road and rails are not just built anyhow i.e if they most last there are technicalities involved-find out! do you know how long it can take to build rail from lagos to sokoto? Tell whoever is paying you and your likes to insult GEJ to excercise patience till 2004. There is more to leadership than what you think bro!
PoliticsRe: Why Is Supporting GEJ Seen As An Offence? by Prestonvic(m): 10:02pm On Jul 27, 2012
Kobojunkie: Usually, no one has to do anything to tarnish a sitting President's image. His works are supposed to speak for themselves. Only in this case, what we hear does not seem to line up with what we see and know. undecided undecided
What kind of work? Do you want Jonathan to perform magic? How long does it take to construct a road, railway, electricity etc? Do you do think these can be done in 1yr? I knw most of you are so used to corruption that is why anyone who comes to make things go right is tongue lash. GEJ is the best CinC Nigeria will ever have!
PoliticsRe: Why Is Supporting GEJ Seen As An Offence? by Prestonvic(m): 9:37pm On Jul 27, 2012
doofanc: if your support is borne out of a genuine concern for the person's progress, then it shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, that cannot be said for a majority of those laptop 40 claiming to be his supporters.
you most be one of the 100 laptops used to tarnish GEJ's image.

nissparts: Takes a bit of effort to get an SE model to be fuel efficient in 100% city conditions.

.Avoiding traffic
.Keeping your engine well tuned

Plus you have the reduced comfort in an SE model's suspension as a trade for a more powerful engine. It's not a lot of fun with our shitty roads
thanks sir!

Car TalkRe: Please Is 2008 Nissan Altima A Good Car??? by Prestonvic(op): 6:43pm On Jul 15, 2012
sultaan: Stick with 4cyl, using V6 in Naija is additional cost that can't be justified, because you drive mainly within city, and fuel cost 24mpg cty vs 19mpg cty
overtime adds up.
Gear problem mainly happens when people fail to maintain as scheduled or add Ambro transmission fluid to a CVT!

Cost of maintenance is same until you need to spend ~$4 more for 2 spark plugs when working on engine. that should be at ~100,000 miles(its a lot easier to work on a 4cyl engine)

You've seen people with Toyota/Honda problem all over forum the most important thing is to acquire knowledge abot what you are buying.

Here is a trick get a fake/gutted key for your Altima insight with the car and keep the real one in your inner pocket, if the lords of the road want your car(worst case) you have about 100ft of e btw you and them before car goes off, then its both of you running for safety(might be a bad idea)
Thanks for taking time to educate us... Am so grateful
