If she wants to practice law in America she will need to attend a Law school, The legal systems are quite different , hence British legal system is not necessarily applicable here. To get admission into any Law school will require her to take LSAT exams and based on her scores she can apply to Ivy, National school or regional rank schools, which gives her better opportunities thereafter. The US law school runs for three years and it's regarded as graduate program too. when you graduate from law school, you will be required to write state bar exams depending on the states you wish to practice.unlike in Nigeria where we have a unified bar exams.
However, if she doesn't want to practice law, she can easily get schools that offer masters in law related programs without LSAT.
God bless you, this was really helpful.

Just passing by.

I get mad whenever someone tries to post a transcript, hides some information for reasons best known to them and people launch attacks on the poster because of it. Listen, it's better to ignore this post if you have nothing to say about it cos I'm angry and I'll give you a very aggressive clapback if you try to say nonsense to me. Have you ever heard of privacy? Where were you when one NLer was digging someone's information up after a little misunderstanding, posting personal email addy, pictures, full names and saying loads of crap about the person, threatening to get him into trouble? To those posting their school names, house address, phone numbers, etc. good for you, some people aren't that free when it comes to sensitive information, you should respect their decision. There's always an immature kid somewhere who's going to fccukk you up with these info someday if you ever have a clash. You Nigerians need to chill, calm down, life is not so serious!!!

If you can't help, ignore the post.

Any1 wen no careful 4 here is on e own. D way d story dey change as person dey spot holes or catch d lies . I go leave her & her stories
There's really no need hanging one on a tree, when there's clearly no evidence she took anybody's money or one coming forward saying they've been scammed. Most of us here do the worst behind our closets. That's defamation of one's character. Am not here to side with anyone,I clearly do not know any of you here personally,I mean we should thread clearfully and move one,the lady in question moved on and is clearly ignoring everyone.

It's sad to see the way the thread has turned out,I came on here first in 2011 and applied for fall 2011. Never knew the thread was as strong as it were,I can't even log in to my old account. Shout out to Waledudu,Kunlebal,Snazzygirl,Imperiouxx, webstradamus,MsNas,to mention a few. These were men who held down the thread with valor and matured minds. Most of them got their visas, deactivated their accounts and left in order to avoid been insulted by a new comer here. F1 visa is not the end people,my advice it's not about the amount of money you spend on education here after graduation, when it comes to job offers.American citizens will be considered first in most corporations. It's about God's favor here. I came on here with the mind of going to school but after my first year I found out I could hardly pay my tuition nor buy books or pay rent for my apartment. I had to drop out of school, found labor jobs with the help of God sent people I was paid 10dollar an hour,my boss was happy with my determination and interest to learn more and increased my pay from 10 to 20 an hour. I saved and was able to pay my bills. Today,am proud to say I have a good job,was able to finish my schooling, set my siblings back in Nigeria straight and have a pretty American wife. America is a blessed country and so much for everyone. Just hold on to your God and he will favor you by meeting the right people. Goodluck to those who got their visas recently, the journey just started.
