Its possible, I can start block work even two days later, depending on how good I prepared my work place. The supports under the deck must not be touched till about 28 days or more.

We just started our building project on a 70*160 (1and a half plot) piece of land in Accra, Ghana.

This duplex has a total of 4 bedrooms (master bedroom, guest bedroom, and two children's rooms all ensuite); guest bedroom downstairs, and the remaining rooms upstairs.

The kitchen, guest W/C, and laundry are downstairs with an open concept dining and living room and a large inner courtyard.

The study and linen closet are upstairs.

There is a boys quarters (studio apartment) attached to the house at the back with its own separate entrance.

Attached is the design of the house; the building covers a total area of 47*75= 3525 sq. feet

I will be using pictorial updates to document the progress.
