Guys, Business is tough. The risks are monumental. You are the author of your fate. Only the strong will make it in business. I am a goat farmer and we have started an agro loan business.

I will say this first. The agro loan business to me is the biggest risk i have ever taken. Even though we have safety measures, It is still very risky. I wouldn't do it if it is not for my partners.

THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME. I like to build things from ground up. I like things i can feel and can multiply. I only want to go to market if i want and not because i have to. In my goat ranch, i have enough goats i can afford for now and planning to increase the herd. Goats give birth to 2 mostly and 3 sometimes. So 200 females goats can literally double in a year. so in 2yrs i can have up to plus minus 550 goats from 200 females. And in 3yrs, do the math and add their kids that can now have a kid now. I have other dealings but this is the one i think everyone can easily grasp the magic for now.

I bought a huge land where land is dirt cheap. With 4m and the right mentor, you will be on your way with this business. Many billionaires work for many years underground. If i decide not to do the business, my land will still be appreciating and i can rent it out to other people farming different thing.

Superstore business to me will break you heart really quick if you don't understand it. unfortunately a lot of people rent a shop and fill it with goods and to them, they have started business. You are joking.

We need to stop this instant gratification mentality. Every big business person you see out there paid heavy dues. Hard work plus luck does the magic.

Money is in the little things we take for granted. A lot of people would have been stinking rich if they took the advantages in their village. But they will leave their village and rush to town. People who have made it don't give up secretes like that. Information is power.

Entrepreneurship is about solving problem. Look for a problem that is affecting a lot of people, find a solution and get paid. Importing shoes from China or creating IG OR FB page to sell things is not a sustainable thing to reply on. Copying will kill you.


Advice:
1. I believe in gradual growth. No quick way to make it in business. People will deceive you, praise you even though they know you are heading the wrong way.

2. Don't do what everyone is doing. What everyone else is doing will lead you to no where. They will lie that they are making money from it meanwhile they have another means of making money. Don't ever ever follow what everyone else is doing.

3. If you have decided to do business, just know that you have decided to open your heart for beatings and heart break. As a business man, your job is to constantly seek out what works and where it works for you. You business might work in lekki but will never work in Epe. So be ready and open minded to make that sacrifice.


4. Mentor. You need a mentor. Dont just go and borrow money and start something someone told you and you heard it is working. NO NO NO. You will die of high BP. Without the right people, no body will ever succeed. You always need the right people.

ONLY TUST THE ADVICE OF SOMEONE WHO HAS SUCCEEDED IN THE BUSINESS YOUR ARE PURSUING.

5. PMB is not a reckless spender and Atiku will never fix the economy, instead he will drag us into more debt my artificially floating the economy with borrowed money. Economist will understand this better.

6. We Nigerians have to understand what is called delayed gratifications. There is no easy way out. We make a lot of knee jerk decisions. Logically, how on earth can Atiku fix our problem and how on earth is Buhari the sole cause of our problem?

7. We Nigerians spend billions of dollars every year buying foreign goods. Almost all the earnings in Nigeria go abroad and our only way of earning that money back into our economy is OIL and the price of oil is low and unstable. How do you think money will be floating in the economy if majority of the earning in Nigeria go abroad and Oil price is down and out?

8. Guys this is economics 100. If all our earning keep going abroad and our means of earning it back (Oil) price doesn't go up, there will never be any change or the economy will never be any better. Only borrowing can offer a temporary solutions and will drive us deeper into the ground because we have to service that debt (Interest). Guys lets us think na.... What kind of educated fools are we? They say Nigerians are smart and educated yet we are so foolish and can't understand simple economics.

Solutions: Look at China, The only thing that changed China is manufacturing.. Everybody is purchasing from them. There is abundance of cash flowing into their economy. CASH CASH CASH. CASH is the KING. Manufacturing is a Cash cow. We need to start manufacturing a lot of the things we import. By doing this, we will retain a lot of the cash that is going abroad. If we can only keep half of that cash, you guys will see a lot of the changes it will make.

This is simple but profound. We Nigerian are not patriotic!! We have inferiority complex. Somebody will buy the most stupidest thing from abroad yet everybody will be praising it because it is from abroad. Until we start to be proud of our things and embrace our own, we will never make visible progress. Accept it or deny it, It doesn't change our stupidity.

You must have practical experience. I don't care if you have a degree or not but, you must show practical experience with:
Goat breeding
Goat Handling
Be able to spot when they are sick
Feeding and other general maintenance
Taking proper record of genealogy

The case for Ignorance and Stupidity: General Argument about University Education.

I never seem to understand why an individual will waste their precious time going for a worthless piece of paper just to conform to the entire zombie society. For instance, everybody know at least 5-10 university graduate that don't have a job yet they are either struggling to get admission or are encouraging young people to go waste their precious time in those useless institutions.

How did we become this stupid and why have we continued to live in this illusion of graduating and finding a job? Why

First of all, do not panic. there are millions of people living in similar health conditions.

-- Everybody will tell you that they have a cure for you but that is a BIG LIE. They are trying to take advantage of you. No medication they will sell to you can cure your BP. They will render you broke and the BP will eventually kill you.

--- The steps to managing your BP is very simple yet no body like to follow them. People just want to swallow pills and expect magic. NO NO NO you will die.

The following are the causes of HBP. The list is not exhaustive and there are some cases that are mysterious.

Smoking, Being overweight or obese, Lack of physical activity
Too much salt in the diet, Too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day), Stress, Older age, Genetics, Family history of high blood pressure, Chronic kidney disease, Adrenal and thyroid disorders, Sleep apnea etc.

If your case is as a result of "Family History, Genetics, etc. You can only manage it. But if your case is as a result of overweight, too much salt consumption, Alcohol, smoking, Fat belly, you NEED TO start exercising and cut off all those things if not, you will DIE. No amount of medication will treat you.

If you have other secondary disease like Kidney Disease, thyroid disorder, etc. you have to address those first and cant
't really do anything because they are the underlying reason for the BP.

My dad had HBP because of lifestyle choices like eating too much salt, drinking beer and no physical activities, etc. when he stopped them all and started exercising, BP disappeared. It doesn't run in his family. This not magic or miracle, It is pure science. High cholesterol in your veins and artery will Bleep you up and Kill you if you don't start exercising to cut them down.

In summary,
stop drinking alcohol, exercise, stop smoking if you do, reduce your salt intake, eat vegetables, drink a lot of water and try to rest well. Even though BP runs in your family, by doing all this things, you will control it and even if you're taking medications, you will start seeing result.


SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T GO AND WASTE IT ON FAKE DOCTORS OR FAKE MEDICATIONS. YOU WILL BE POORER AND THE BP WILL KILL YOU.
